No Cook Fruit Purées

It doesn’t get easier than no-cook Summer fruit pureés. Make small quantities, as you need them, as they don’t freeze well and are much better fresh. I like to blend them with 1/2 banana ~ for a lovely smooth purée, but you can just blend each fruit on its own. This will taste so much better than anything out of a packet too.

Favourite Combinations

  • 1 peach and 1/2 banana

  • 1 apricot and 1/2 banana

  • 1 handful blueberries and 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 small papaya and 1/2 banana

  • You will need a small blender, or stick blender too

Method to prep the fruit

Peel and remove any stones or pips and blend in combinations you like. The whole family can enjoy these too, just serve with natural yogurt.
