Pancakes Blueberry Sauce

This instant blueberry sauce is so easy and a great way of adding oomph to pancakes, but also yogurt or eggy bread. It has a far lower sugar content than maple syrup and also the benefit of fibre from the fruit. You can of course use other types of frozen berries.

  • frozen or fresh blueberries (100 per person)

  • a little water

Just take some frozen or fresh blueberries, add a little water. Heat gently, let the blueberries burst and the sauce thicken to a consistency you like. Then cool and serve.

So easy and no added sugar!
